Jobs in Switzerland
We are The Robotics Company, building the infrastructure that enables robots to be deployed at scale.
In just six months, we’ve grown from $0 to $1M in revenue, driven by strong demand for what we’re building. We’re backed by leading investors, researchers, and operators across AI and robotics, including Dr. Marc Pollefeys, the founder of Hugging Face, SV Angel, and leaders from Google DeepMind, Google Cloud, Scale AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, and more.
Our mission is to build the foundational infrastructure that brings intelligent robots out of the lab and into the real world.
We’re looking for exceptional students who are excited to work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and real-world deployment.
As an Engineering Intern, you’ll work directly alongside our research and engineering teams on meaningful technical problems, contribute to systems running on real robots, and gain hands-on experience building at an early-stage robotics company.
Depending on your background and interests, you may work across robot learning, computer vision, 3D perception, manipulation, navigation, simulation, or robotics software and infrastructure.
Work alongside our researchers and engineers to develop and test robotics and AI systems.
Contribute to projects across robot learning, perception, manipulation, navigation, simulation, or robotics infrastructure.
Prototype, implement, and evaluate new algorithms and technical approaches.
Test software and models in simulation and on real robotic systems.
Take ownership of a meaningful technical project with direct mentorship from the team.
Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Computer Vision, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
Hands-on experience through robotics projects, research labs, internships, competitions, or open-source work.
We especially love candidates with experience in leading robotics and research labs, including SLAM, RAI, Boston Dynamics, and similar environments.
Familiarity with PyTorch, JAX, ROS/ROS2, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or similar frameworks is a plus.
Strong technical curiosity and excitement about solving difficult problems in robotics.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
We care more about what you’ve built, explored, and learned than checking every box.
If you’re excited about building intelligent robotic systems that operate in the real world, we’d love to hear from you.
